1837 Bank of the United States Phila PA $10 Obsolete SOLID 8888 Serial RARE. Obsolete with red overprint dividend paid under decree of the court of 27 May 1850. Abolished by President Andrew Jackson in 1837. His feeling was that the bank was unconstitutional and harmful to the states rights. Solid 8888 Serial Numbers make this a very special note.
